I received my B.S. in Biology from the University of Richmond in 2007. I
came to Duke in the fall of 2007 and have since joined UPGG and Greg
Wray's lab.
I plan to use comparative approaches to link primate gene expression
differences to transcriptional regulation. This work will be done
with a keen interest in connecting changes in regulation and
expression to uniquely human characteristics.
I also enjoy exploring policy issues that are related to the ethical,
legal, and social implications of human genetics and genomics.
